Visiting the Kinder

On Thursday 7th August 2025 the Foundation/1 class, Mrs Ferguson, Mrs Riley and 

Ms Thornton went to the Kinder for a visit. 

First, we walked to the Kinder and went inside. Then we sat on the mat and introduced ourselves.

Then, we chose a partner and read them a story. Some Year 1s had two partners.

Next, we went outside and had a play. Augie and Spencer rode on the bikes. Edith and Brielle played on the climbing equipment and Ariana and Will played in the sandpit.

Finally, we lined up at the gate and then we walked back to school.

We all had a great time at the Kinder! We can’t wait until the Kinder students come and visit us in our classroom.
