Year 5 & 6

It has been a very busy and exciting week in 5/6, with the Yarra Road Talent Show, class parties, and preparations for the Year 6 Graduation.

There was a real buzz in the BER on Monday as we welcomed each class to explore the ‘Bizarre Bazaar’. Students enjoyed purchasing creative items and playing games that had been thoughtfully designed and made by the 5/6 students. Thank you to everyone who supported our fundraiser. We are proud to share that $806 was raised for the Salvation Army.

Over the past couple of weeks, our Year 6 students have been busy creating Buddy Bags for their Year 1 buddies. On Wednesday, they had the opportunity to present their bags and spend a wonderful morning completing activities together. Year 5 students also enjoyed sharing the stories they had written with their Prep buddies, spending time reading and crafting.
