Year 1 & 2

It has been a busy week in Year 1/2 this week. Students went shopping at Bizaar Bazaar and bought lots of trinkets. It was hard to decide what to buy! We loved watching the talent quest on Tuesday, and it was great to see our buddies performing. Year 1s spent time with their buddies on Wednesday, and they received their buddy bags. We were very impressed with the time and effort that had gone into the bags.

Wednesday lunchtime was a highlight, as we celebrated with our class parties. We shared lots of delicious food, such as sandwiches, fruit, cupcakes, lollies, and chips! Students even tried new foods for the first time. Who knew that celery, capsicum, and mini tomatoes were so good! We finished the day with a Christmas movie.

We are looking forward to Friday, even though it will be a sad farewell to our Year 6 buddies.

Thank you to all the parents, your support throughout the year has been amazing and we will miss all of our Year 1/2 students. Merry Christmas and have a safe holiday.
