The Ascension of the Lord

Our Year 1 students have been learning about the Ascension of Jesus, reflecting on the moment when Jesus returned to heaven after His resurrection and promised to send the Holy Spirit to guide His followers (Acts 1:8). 

Through discussion, prayer, and creative activities, the children explored what this Gospel story means for Christians today, understanding that Jesus remains with us and calls us to share His love with others.

Sacrament of Confirmation

Important Dates to remember:

Friday May 15th: Excursion to St. Mary's for session with Father Des and shared lunch with the children from St. Mary's. 

(All Year 6 students to attend)

Tuesday May 19th: Excursion to St. Mary's for Pre-Sacrament Reconciliation and Confirmation Practise (Confirmation Candidates only)

Thursday May 21st: Confirmation Mass 6:00pm at St. Mary's, Ascot Vale
