Year 11/12 2027 Online Subject Selections

Online subject selection is currently open and closes on Friday 3 July for current Year 10 and 11 students to select their subjects for 2027.  The 2027 Year 11/12 lines (timetable) are created to facilitate the maximum number of students being able to study the subjects of their choice.

Subject Information Session - Tuesday 18 August

In Week 4 of Term 3, the College will be holding a Subject Information Session from 4:00pm until 5:30pm to assist students to make informed elective subject selections for 2027. All Year 7 and 8 students and parents are strongly encouraged to attend the Information Session as it is an important part of the process of ensuring students select the most appropriate elective subjects to study in 2027. This is a wonderful opportunity to speak to subject teachers and Heads of Learning. Any Year 9 students who still have questions following the Creating Futures Expo in Term 2 are also welcome to attend.

We look forward to seeing you at the Information Session on Tuesday 18 August.

Online Subject Selections for current Year 7-9 students

Online subject selections open at 6:00pm on Tuesday 18 August, following the Subject Information Session and close on Friday 21 August.

  • Year 7 students will select 6 electives (3 each semester) for Year 8, 2026.

  • Year 8 students will select 4 electives (2 each semester) for Year 9, 2026.

  • Year 9 students will select 3 electives (whole year) for Year 10, 2026.

Students need to pick subjects in order of their preference to study these subjects, their 1st preference should be given to the subject they most want to study.

There are a limited number of places available in Food Technology and Design Technologies - Wood classes, places are allocated based on preference order and order of receipt of online submissions.

The 2027 timetable is created to facilitate the maximum number of students being able to study the elective subjects of their choice, however, if there is insufficient interest in a particular course it may not run in 2027. Students are able to make changes to their electives in 2027 but these changes may be limited due to the timetable and maximum class sizes, so students are strongly encouraged to really think about their subject choices.
