FOODBANK SANDWICHES

Students in year 8 assisted Pat Cooper (a volunteer from Longwarry Food Relief) to make sandwiches that get delivered to various primary schools around West Gippsland and Bass Coast. Pat said the group make 580 sandwiches every fortnight. Our year 8’s powered through and made 680 sandwiches. This is all about making sure all students have access to something for lunch. The students were fantastic and demonstrated their willingness to pay forward and assist others in our community.
