Celebrating New Year

We made it! 

I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your support in celebrating Chinese New Year at SPS. It was truly heartwarming to witness the enthusiasm and effort our students put into the various activities. The brushing writing of "福(fú)"(good fortune) and the paper-cutting of "春(chūn)"(spring) were particularly delightful to see. It's wonderful that the students not only engaged in these cultural practices but also gained an understanding of their significance. Additionally, the efforts to make spiral dragons, red packets, and lanterns further enriched the celebration. I am especially proud of our prep students who, despite it being only their third week at school and in Mandarin class, showcased their creativity and enthusiasm. 

Thank you once again for your unwavering support. It is through your encouragement and participation that we are able to create such memorable experiences for our students.
