This award goes to Jayden for the effort he is consistently displaying with all his school tasks. He is a good friend to others and is always ready to help. Well done Jayden!
This award goes to Caughey for demonstrating her wonderful measuring skills during our Maths unit this week. She has ordered streamers from shortest to longest, she has compared her unifix tower to objects in the classroom and has also been measuring with icy-pole sticks! Well done Caughey, you are a keen mathematician!
This award goes to Cooper for the fantastic comparisons of length that he did in Maths this week. Cooper lined up objects along a baseline to determine which were longer and shorter. He found lots of different objects in our room that were shorter or longer than his unifix tower. Great work Cooper!
This award goes to Kai for consistently displaying his HEART Values. He has made a great start to the year, showing respect in the classroom and completing all tasks to the best of his ability. This week Kai demonstrated his knowledge of place value by comparing and ordering numbers with two decimal places. Keep up the great work, Kai!
This award goes to Avah in recognition of being polite, courteous and kind, both in the classroom and the playground. Avah, you also show incredible interest and enthusiasm for all classroom activities and are a shining example to your peers. Well done, Avah!
This award goes to Jared for exploring a variety of bold beginnings in his writing this week. Jared wrote 3 different introductions to his narrative using the techniques of dialogue, sound effects and questions. Jared, you have made an excellent start to the year.

This award goes to Otto for giving his personal best during our PONT maths lessons this week. Otto is a quiet achiever who has excelled and demonstrated his knowledge of place value to write and order a variety of numbers in standard and word form. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed. Well done Otto.
This award goes to Logan for consistently showing the Scoresby HEART Values. This week, Logan has demonstrated a hardworking and positive attitude towards all aspects of his learning. He is setting a fantastic example at recess and lunchtimes and is able to support others in the yard as required. Amazing effort Logan!

This award goes to Eliza for her wonderful, colour wheel collage. Eliza aways works creatively and carefully when designing her art. Adding glue to only the bottom half of the lashes was a superb idea Eliza!
