Dear Parents and Caregivers
Celebrating St Helena's Feast Day and Our School!
We look forward to next Tuesday 18 August as we celebrate our St Helena's Feast Day. We will be celebrating Mass with our Pre-Primary to Year 6 students at 10:00am, which all our families are most welcome to attend. The students and staff are also looking forward to the planned Buddy activities and Stalls on the day. Refer to the School Notices page of the eNewsletter for all the information.
Discovering the Joy of Learning
There is so much happening at St Helena's! Take the time to have a read of the wonderful learning activities happening around the school in different year levels. Thanks Mrs Katie Bogdanich for planning and coordinating the recent Science Alive Incursion and all that you and Ms Deanne Tuckett are up to in Science. Thanks Mrs Mukami Ireri for the wonderful art work coming out of the Art Room, as you work with the students in preparation for the Art Exhibition. The Angelico Art Exhibition entries are also amazing!
Performing Arts
Our Christian Dance students were wonderful in the Catholic Performing Arts Festival last Wednesday. We look forward to our Choir's performance next Wednesday 19 August and then the One Big Voice extravaganza on Friday 21 August at the RAC Arena. Thank you Ms Charlotte Lock for your time and efforts in preparing our SHCPS Choir
P&F
We are looking forward to our P&F Family Movie Night this Friday 14 August. It is not too late purchase your tickets!
Book Week 2026
Hope everyone is getting their costumes ready as we are nearing Book Week in Week 6. Our Book Week parade and dress up day is set for Friday 28 August. Exciting times!
Learning Journey - Save the Date!
A reminder that our Learning Journey is coming up on the afternoon/evening of Tuesday 8 September between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. We look forward to opening up our classrooms, specialist classrooms, art exhibition and ExACT Expo on this day. We also will have performances from our Christina Dance group and Choir. Hope to see all our families here to celebrate our students gifts and talents.
