ATHLETICS CARNIVAL

The Athletics Carnival, held last Friday at Narrabri High School Oval, was a fantastic success!

As the sun beat down, the day began with Mrs O’Connor leading warm-ups for the 800m

 runners. There was something for everyone from age races and ball games to the long jump and shot put finals for Juniors (8, 9 and 10 years), 11 Years and Seniors (12 years), as well as a lively announcer who kept our spirits high and the energy flowing across the oval.

Well done to all students who gave it their all on the track and field, as well as those who brought the energy from the sidelines, cheering loud for their housemates.

The HOUSE RELAY CHAMPION resulted in a tie between Penola and Mackillop! 

The OVERALL WINNING HOUSE for 2025 is Mackillop
