Bullying No Way Week
Preventing bullying is a shared responsibility, and even the smallest actions can make a massive difference in someone’s day.
This week we are celebrating Bullying No Way Week at Holy Rosary. The theme this year, "Small Acts, Big Impact," reminds us that you don't need grand gestures to change someone’s world. Everyday choices—like inviting someone to join a game, speaking up when something isn't right, or simply offering a kind word—help build a stronger, safer community.
Our goal is to create a school environment where everyone belongs, diversity is celebrated, and bullying is never accepted.
During Bullying No Way Week, we invite our students, staff, and families to join us in practising small acts of kindness that create big, positive change.
Holy Rosary Day
Our Parish celebrations are on Sunday 11 October. We'd love to see all Holy Rosary families join us for Mass at Holy Rosary Church followed by lunch in our school hall.
Next week we will send home a message asking for children who may like to take a role in our Mass. Please keep this date in your calendar free.
Father's Day celebration
We welcome Dads and Kids to join us as we celebrate Father’s Day on Monday 31st August. We will enjoy coffee/milo and donuts at 7:45 am, followed by prayer at 9 am in the hall.

Leaving HR?
Our plans are underway for the 2027 year! We kindly ask families to let us know if your child will not be returning to HR next year. Having this information helps us with class planning, staffing, and welcoming new families into our community. Please notify the school office as soon as possible.
Have a wonderful week,
Christine
