Education Week

Dear Families,

During Week 6, students across the school celebrated Education Week 2026, with this year’s theme “Showcase Your School”. The theme encouraged school communities to celebrate the people, experiences, and opportunities that make their school a special place to learn and grow.

As part of our celebrations, students took part in a meaningful gratitude activity by writing heartfelt letters to teachers who have positively impacted them throughout their schooling journey. Students reflected on the support, encouragement, care, and guidance they have received and expressed their appreciation through thoughtful messages.

The letters were then personally delivered to teachers across the school. It was wonderful to see the joy and emotion these messages brought, highlighting the strong relationships and positive connections that exist within our school community.

We are proud of our students for showing gratitude and recognising the important role teachers play in helping them learn, grow, and succeed. It was a memorable way to celebrate Education Week and showcase one of the things that makes our school so special – the people within it.
