Year 12 Reminders:

Those wishing to apply for university: QTAC applications still open, make sure you have completed your application and checked alerts, and added any required documents. Remember Ms Kenny is available to help you kennye@marash.qld.edu.au and you can call QTAC for support: 1300 467 822.

Remember you need to do two things:

  1. Submit a QTAC Application
  2. Register for the ATAR Portal to have your ATAR calculated and released on 18 December.

Remember to always check your email connected to your QTAC application account, as the offer round dates come at different times and you want to make sure you respond to your offer immediately. Check junk mail too, don’t miss an offer!

When you get an offer: You must respond to QTAC by the due date. You usually have four days to respond. If you don’t respond by the due date, your offer will lapse and your application will become inactive. When you respond to your offer, you have two main options:

  • Make an outright acceptance, deferment or rejection OR
  • Conditionally accept your offer so you can be considered for higher preferences in future offer rounds. If you choose this option, you must go back into your QTAC application and put your preferences back into your application.

See more information about responding on the QTAC Application Services page on the QTAC website.

Best of luck and reach out to Ms Kenny if needed.
