DUCK VOTING CLOSED........

There has been an extra buzz around the Kitchen Garden with students invited to cast their vote for the naming of our school ducks.

Some of the front runners are.........

Waddles, Cinnamon, Tuxedo, Sunflower & Bill.

Votes will be counted and results announced at school assembly.

Its been perfect timing to get our Pizza Oven going to cook our delicious Pizzas.  Our classes have enjoyed using ingredients from our garden to top our pizzas with.   Thankyou to Ed & Esther for getting our Pizza oven ready for cooking.

Autumn brings so much colour to our gardens, we have enjoyed collecting different coloured leaves and identifying the Evergreen trees and Deciduous trees in our school grounds.

Last week our amazing students  worked hard to clean up our pond area. Rocks were moved, paths were cleared and garden beds weeded.  Great Effort.

We also manged to finish off our last Autumn planting for the year, we sowed snow pea and broadbean seeds and tidied up our strawberry patch.

We are also looking for parent helpers to assist in kitchen or garden.  Parents from prep to 4s are happy to contact us to assist.
