Dear Parents and Carers,
As we move into the latter part of the term, our staff begin reviewing student achievements, identifying areas where further adjustments or supports may be required, and consulting with families to ensure students continue to receive the best possible support at school.
An important part of this process is the completion of Program Support Group (PSG) meetings, which are a key requirement of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) process. PSG meetings provide a valuable opportunity for families, staff and allied health professionals to work collaboratively in reviewing personalised learning plans, discussing student progress and wellbeing, and identifying goals and adjustments that will positively support each student’s learning and growth.
PSG meetings will commence next week and continue through until the end of term. Specific meeting dates have been allocated for our:
Year 5/6 families
Bookings for PSG meetings are now available through Compass. We encourage families to book a suitable time as soon as possible.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership and support.
Kind regards,
Stef
