Student Wellbeing

Mrs Kylie Squiers

Hello! My name is Kylie Squiers and I am your new Wellbeing Coordinator. I am thrilled and excited to be a part of the staff here at WA College of Agriculture, Cunderdin (WACOAC).

A little bit about myself, I have lived in the Wheatbelt since 1998. My husband Adrian and his family are wheat and sheep farmers in Quairading.  We have a couple of studs, Shirlee Downs Poll Dorset Stud, Shirlee Downs SAMM Stud, Shirlee Downs White Suffolk and Dongadilling Poll Dorset Stud.

I have been helping on the farm and spending the rest of my time teaching at Quairading District High School where I had many roles, however, my main ones were Music Teacher, High School Math Teacher and Math Support Teacher.

Over the last couple of years, student’s mental health and wellbeing has become a passion of mine.  I am very keen to know the whole child, not just their schooling ability.

My first week has been very busy and the to-do-list is getting longer each day, however, I am loving the opportunity to meet and work with the wonderful staff here at WACOAC and I am very impressed in their level of professionalism and organisation.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever have any concerns about how your child is travelling.
