From the Director of Junior School 

Dear Junior School Families,

I would like to thank families for supporting our Parent/Teacher Learning Conferences this week. These conferences give our teachers an opportunity to engage with you around your child’s learning journey and ways we can work together to support them. Providing these feedback opportunities means having a conversation where we have your child’s work at the centre. It is an opportunity to discuss their progress through the feedback they are receiving, so goals can be made to improve their learning. The research is clear: improving feedback practices can significantly improve student learning and the quality of teaching in classrooms.

2026 Pre-Kinder Information Evening 

Thank you to our Kinder team and to those teachers who supported our 2026 Kinder Information Evening. It was a wonderful night to welcome our new parents and share with them the opportunities that await their daughters when they begin their educational journey at St Mary's College.
