Open Day

With Open Day fast approaching, please remind your child to ensure their uniform is neat, tidy, and in good condition for Saturday, 23 May.

Student allocations are nearly finalised, and while every effort has been made to place students in areas of interest, it is unfortunately not possible to allocate every student their first choice. Several students have indicated that they are happy to be placed wherever needed, and the team spirit they demonstrate is greatly appreciated.

Open Day is one of the highlights of the College calendar, and it is wonderful to see such a positive and cooperative approach from our students as we plan this event.

Students are expected to be on-site, signed in, and ready to head to their sections by 8:00 am. They may be collected or self-drive home once their supervising staff member has released them at the end of the day. Please remind your child to sign out at the Admin office before leaving the site to avoid any concerns about student whereabouts. Students also need to ensure they have their Farm licence with them on the day, as it will be used as identification.

Students and parents/carers are asked to contact us in writing if a student is unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, or may arrive late or depart early on the day due to sporting commitments. This information is vital for planning, logistics, and managing student movements. Thank you to the parents/carers who have already made contact.
