School Fees

If you had a direct debit set up last year, it has now finished and you will need to complete a new form and set up a new payment plan for 2026 before March 15th.

The first Direct Debit comes out on 15th March. IT'S NOT TOO LATE to set up a monthly or fortnightly payment.

Rush in to see Margaret or Rashida in the office and fill in a form now.

If a Direct Debit is not set up, then we need regular ongoing payments. We expect to receive at least 25% of outstanding fees by 28/3/2026.

Camps, Sports & Excursion Fund.

If you are the holder of a Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card or a Health Care Card, you may be eligible to receive a small grant from the Government which will be put towards the costs of your child’s excursion, swimming or camp fees each year.

If you do hold one of the cards pictured, please either download the form below or collect a form from the office and return it to school by April 1st with a copy of your card. Copies may be emailed to office@spclayton.catholic.edu.au or copied at the office.

The funds are received by the school later in the year and will be credited towards the Health, Sports and Wellbeing component of your fees. If your child is due to go on Camp this year, then the funds will be used to cover some, or all, of the costs of Camp.

Have you moved recently?

If your family has moved house, please advise the office of your new home address. If any of your other details change, phone number, email etc, please also let the office know so that we can update our records.
