PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

It is wonderful to see our school grounds buzzing with life as we embrace 2026. 

There is a special energy that comes with the start of a new school year—a mixture of excitement, curiosity, and the joy of reuniting with friends and making new ones!

 I am thrilled to report that we have had a truly exceptional start to the 2026 school year.

A special highlight has been welcoming our newest and smallest learners: our Kindergarten Class of 2026. Transitioning into 'big school' is a significant milestone, and I have been so impressed by the bravery and big smiles we have seen at the gate each morning. You are a wonderful addition to our school community, and we look forward to watching you grow in faith and wisdom.

Last week, we officially inducted our Year 6 Student Leaders for the year as they had their candles blessed by Fr. Deleep at our Opening School Mass.  It was a proud moment for our community as these students pledged to serve with integrity and kindness. 

To our leaders: well done on a fantastic start. Your peers are already looking up to you, and I have full confidence in the positive impact you will make on our school culture.

The smooth transition into the new year is no accident. I want to give a massive shout-out to our dedicated staff. They spent many hours during the break preparing beautiful, engaging learning environments and carefully planning for the weeks ahead.

Thanks to their hard work, our classrooms are  calm, focused, and full of learning. Walking through the school, it is inspiring to see students quickly settling into their routines and diving into their learning with enthusiasm.

As we find our rhythm, let us continue to support one another in the spirit of our school mission. Whether in the classroom or on the playground, let’s make this a year where every student feels safe, valued, respected and cared for as learners who are challenged to do their best.
