It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through Term 1! With 2026 fundraising gearing up and exciting cultural events just around the corner, there’s plenty happening in our school community.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We’re on a mission to create 10 Easter hampers for 10 lucky winners, and we need your help to make it egg-stra special!
Please donate fun, festive items like chocolate bunnies, colorful eggs, and yummy goodies to fill our hampers. Your generosity will add excitement and support our school community!
Donations can be dropped off at the office

チョコレートバニーやカラフルなイースターエッグ、お菓子など、イースターらしい楽しいアイテムのご寄付をお願いいたします。
皆さまの温かいご支援が、イベントをより一層盛り上げ、学校コミュニティの支援につながります。
ご寄付いただける品や購入していただいたお菓子がございましたら、オフィスまでお持ちください。オフィスに回収用の箱を設置いたしますので、その中へお入れいただけますと幸いです。
イースターラッフルは、各ご家庭でラッフルチケットをご購入いただき、抽選でイースターハンパーが当たる仕組みです。

Hinamatsuri Traditional Dress Experience - 13 March
日本文化イベントおひなまつり。きものでしゃしんをとろう！
🎉 Celebrate Hinamatsuri at CPS! 🎎
We’re thrilled to invite the kids to dress up in traditional Japanese outfits for our Hinamatsuri celebration!
Join us on March 13th during lunch break and after school until 4:15 PM in the Common Room.
- Kids will dress up from a selection of traditional outfits.
- A Polaroid picture will be taken and sent home.
-Cost: Just $2 to cover expenses.
We can’t wait to see everyone in their beautiful attire! 🌸

3月13日（金曜日）ランチタイムとアフタースクールにひなまつりのお祝いイベントを開催します。 ぜひ伝統的な日本の衣装を着て、お写真を撮りませんか？
📅 3月13日（金曜日） 🕛 ランチタイムと放課後〜午後4時15分まで 📍 コモンルーム
内容：
- 着物や浴衣、じんべいなど日本の衣装の中から選んで着付けをします。
- ポラロイド写真を撮影し、ご自宅へお持ち帰りいただきます。
- 参加費：$2（諸経費として）
子どもたちの素敵な晴れ姿を見るのを楽しみにしています！🌸✨
Annual General Meeting - 25 Feb
Our Annual General Meeting was held on Wed 25 Feb. Thank you to all the fantastic parents who showed up and contributed your awesome ideas and energy!
Yayoi Y and Maya B were re-elected as Co-Presidents for 2026, as well as Carlene N for Secretary, and Kate W for Treasurer. There were also some exciting new activities proposed, which will be submitted for council approval.
Also discussed were our 2026 calendar of events, junior playground upgrade works, and other fundraising opportunities. If you have any ideas or want to get involved further, please email caulfieldps.pfc@gmail.com.
先日、2月25日（水）に年次総会（AGM）が開催されました。ご参加くださり、素晴らしいアイデアとエネルギーを共有してくださった保護者の皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。
2026年度の役員として、
- Yayoi Y と Maya B が共同会長（Co-Presidents）に再任、
- Carlene N が書記（Secretary）に着任。
- Kate W が会計（Treasurer）に着任されました。
また、いくつかの新しい取り組み案も提案され、今後スクールカウンシルへ承認申請を行う予定です。
当日は、2026年のイベントカレンダー、ジュニアプレイグラウンドの改修工事、その他のファンドレイジングの機会についても話し合われました。

CPS is now a registered donation partner with the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme! 10 cents from every container will be donated to the school.
The next time you drop off your containers, help the school raise funds by entering our ZoneID: C2000015213 or scanning this barcode.
