Compass Portal

The College uses Compass School Manager as our Parent Portal. Using the Compass parent portal enables you to:

• Access your child’s chronicle which has information entered by staff on a range of issues. The chronicle will replace “work practice notices” as an immediate way of informing parents about student progress.
• Access your child's Student Interim and Semester Reports.
• Book your Learning Conferences (parent/teacher interviews).
• View up-to-date class and school attendance information.
• Approve or enter upcoming or past absences for your son/daughter.
• Download, print and approve upcoming excursions.
• View newsletters and college notices.
• Pay school levies, charges and contributions.
• Update your registered email and mobile number details.
• Access information regarding upcoming events and news
• Track careers/pathways information,

Parents new to Mullauna will be sent a letter with your username and password in the near future. As a parent you will have direct communication with teachers and will have access to areas not accessible to students.  It is very important that parents maintain security with their account and never reveal your password to your child/ren.
