3 ways to get involved

Next term we’ll be counting down the weeks to our school fete on Saturday 21 November, and we need our wonderful community to help make it a success! Here’s how you can get involved now:

Lend equipment - Got a marquee, trestle table, picnic tables or chairs tucked away in the garage? Or something else that we might need? We’d love to borrow them for the day. Check out what we need and let us know what you can lend here.
Be our MC - We’re looking for a fun-loving volunteer to host the afternoon (2.30-4.15pm) and keep the energy up on stage. Know someone perfect for this (or is it you?) - email caulfieldps.pfc@gmail.com
Sign up to volunteer - From set-up to stalls to pack-down, the fete runs on volunteer power, with 40+ helpers required at any one time. As per the WhatsApp message from your class rep, each class has been allocated 1-2 stalls to look after throughout the day - even an hour of your time is a huge help. No experience needed; you’ll be guided in exactly what’s required on the day. Sign up early to secure your preferred time slots here.
