Senior School

Sovereign Hill Excursion
Our year 5 and 6 students had a fabulous extended excursion last week. Students took part in gold panning, furthered their knowledge of life on the Victorian goldfields, toured a mine, watched a gold pour, role played the Eureka Rebellion and so much more.
Students have been studying what life was like during the 1850's gold rush, with a focus on the events that led to the Eureka Rebellion and the long term impact the battle had. Their study will continue next term and culminate in a presentation to the school community.
Thank You
