Premier's Debating Challenge

On Monday 27th July, our two Hurstville teams - Sapphires 💎 and Hurricanes🌀, were up against each other in the final round of the Premier's Debating Challenge! We debated the topic 'That primary schools should start each day with a 30-minute exercise class'. Well done to both teams for their excellent arguments and rebuttals. Congratulations to the Sapphires team – Letisha, Emma, Eden, Kayley, and Charlotte for their win! 💎 Their 4/4 win takes them to the next level, where they will compete for the regional competition. 

On Thursday, 30 July, our Year 6 school leaders had a wonderful opportunity to celebrate World Friendship Day by visiting Bupa Aged Care Bexley. The students engaged warmly with the residents, creating friendship bracelets together and spreading joy and connection across generations. It was a heartfelt experience that highlighted the importance of kindness, community, and building lasting friendships.
