National Child Protection Week (NCPW), held from 6 to 12 September, brings Australia together to focus on how we can collectively support children and young people to ensure they are safe, valued and heard. It is a time to share knowledge, strengthen families and communities and amplify the voices of children and young people.
Conversations can spark ideas, build understanding and encourage reflection. But meaningful change happens when those conversations lead to practical action that strengthens support for children and families.
When we come together, listen deeply, share ideas and turn conversation into action, we help create environments where every child can thrive. It is in these everyday moments of connection that we can work towards shaping communities where children feel safe, respected and empowered.

Our 2026 Colour Fun Run will be held on 22 September. Days like this are only possible with the support of our parent community and we are so fortunate at Ashbury to have so many families who generously give their time.
If you would be interested in assisting on the day from approximately 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, please email the office at info@stfxashbury.catholic.edu.au

When dropping students off, please take careful note of the parking notices and crossing areas around our school.
Unfortunately our neighbours have come to the office to notify us that their driveways have been blocked and they have been unable to leave their houses for important appointments. We ask that you do not block our neighbours driveways or illegally park in no stopping zones.
We all need to work together to do the right thing to prevent any accidents or dangerous situations involving our precious students and their families.
We have received an approximate time frame for the delivery of the 2026 student school photos.
The company has advised that school photos will be delivered in Week 1 of Term 4. Thank you for your patience.
