Senior School

你 好 (ni hao)
This week, our Year 3 and 5 students have completed their NAPLAN testing. Congratulations to all students for their efforts and resilience throughout the process. We are very proud of the way they approached each assessment.
Swimming has also started for the Senior School, and it has been fantastic to see such enthusiasm and participation from all students. It has been a great opportunity for students to build confidence in the water while developing their skills.
In the classroom, our Year 3/4 students have been actively working on their Guided Inquiry projects, creating a sustainable town or city. They have been applying their research skills and thinking carefully about how to design communities that are environmentally responsible and sustainable.
In Mathematics, students have been exploring angles, developing their understanding of how to identify, measure and classify different types of angles through a range of hands-on activities.
In English, we are continuing to read The Tales of Despereaux, and students have been thoroughly enjoying the story. They have been engaging in rich discussions and responding thoughtfully to the text.
Warm regards,
The Senior Team
