SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

Tuesday 24th February @ 5.30pm.

Calling any new or existing families we are having our first School Board meeting on Tuesday 24th February @ 5.30pm in the Conference room.

START OF YEAR FREE BBQ

Join us on Tuesday, 17 February 2026 for our Shrove Tuesday Welcome BBQ.

Classrooms will be open for families to visit between 4.45pm and 5.15pm. Afterwards, enjoy a relaxed community BBQ, with food served from 5.15pm to 6.30pm.

If you’re able to help with setup, cooking, or clean‑up, please provide your details when purchasing your tickets. Your support is greatly appreciated and helps make the event a success. We currently only have 1 volunteer. 

URGENT FLEXISCHOOL - LUNCH ORDERS

Thank you to families who have changed their child's class on FlexiSchools. Could all Families please check to make sure their child is in the correct Grade to make Canteen run smoothly. Classrooms are not automatically updated.

If you log into the FlexiSchools App and click Profile.

Select your child from the students list

Please change your child's Year Level and Class. 

Then Click Save.

Please complete for all of your children.

CANTEEN 2026

Canteen resumes Friday 6th February. Orders must be placed online via Flexischools by 9:00am Thursday. Counter sales are cash only and are limited supply each week. 

VOLUNTEERS: 

This year we are looking for volunteers for the following times: 

Please note, all volunteers must check in at the school office to sign in and must provide a copy of their WCC or VIT card and other necessary volunteer paperwork (link below).  Volunteers will be requested to complete a short questionnaire before their shift to comply with new food safety requirements. This can be done at home or at the start of the shift.
