Mountain Biking Team at The Willo 

Last weekend, the Chevalier Mountain Biking Team competed at the Willo with 17 riders, delivering an impressive performance! 

Highlights included Lou T-J securing 2nd place in the U15 boys category, Willow A claiming 1st place in the U15 girls category, and Hayden A earning 2nd place in the U17 boys category. Congratulations to all our riders and thank you to Mr Cam Cowen, Mr Simon O'Hea and Ms Ingrid Jensen for their coaching. 

Mock Trial 

On Monday 31 March, our Year 11 newbies took on Frensham in the first round of the 2025 competition. In a very close and rather intense contest we came away with a win, 229 points to 227 points. 

Emily W was the highest scoring barrister, showing a strong capacity for a robust cross examination. There are two more rounds to go before we reach the elimination rounds, when the top 32 teams proceed. Here’s hoping that we continue to prevail and finish among the 32. Congratulations team, you've made us proud! 

Show Team   

Over the weekend, our talented Chevalier Show Team proudly represented the school at the Camden Show, impressing audiences with their exceptional skills in sheep handling.

Beyond Camden, the team also competed at the Moss Vale and Robertson Shows, showcasing their hard work and dedication across multiple categories. 

This year, we introduced horticulture and produce into the Show Team for our junior members, and they have embraced it with enthusiasm—already achieving fantastic results at the Moss Vale Show! 

Our students earned:

Now, our Show Team is taking their talents to the big stage as they compete at the Sydney Royal Easter Show! We wish them the best of luck and can’t wait to see what they achieve.
