Highmark Homes Partners with Brookside College

Brookside College Hands On Learning Café program was extremely fortunate to be able to form a partnership with Highmark Homes this year.

This partnership saw the much needed redevelopment of the café space to incorporate more storage and a better work flow to the space.

Highmark Homes are a locally run business in Ravenhall and are proud to be known as a Design and Construct specialists that deliver a high standard of housing options to suit blocks from 8.5 metres wide, with standard designs ranging from 15 to 32 squares, and all with a contemporary selection of façades and options perfect for new couples, growing families or retirees. They were also recognised by HIA as finalists in the 2024 awards in the Western Victoria Display Home $500,000 to $600,000 category.

Dylan from Highmark Homes is their highly dedicated and knowledgeable Construction Manager has been exceptionally generous with his time, knowledge and leadership in driving this project. After hearing of our renovation needs, he visited the café to see what was required and how Highmark Homes could assist. He was more than confident in being able to provide us with a tailored solution for our space. He coordinated his suppliers and trades and in the April school holidays put into action the renovation.

The refurbishment has given us more space to move within, more storage, better lighting and has a much better workflow. The students love their new space too!
