KIAH PRESCHOOL

Kiah Preschool had their 60th anniversary on the 26th of November, Georgie a ex staff member and Branden a ex student attended the event. It was a beautiful celebration with a short film of the origninal teachers, other activities like weaving and guest speakers who spoke of what the past looked like for any of our Aboriginal families in Moree some who are apart of the  Phillies family. Well done kiah staff for all the work they have put into the day. 

 Administration team to follow up with

policies and procedures reading attendance. This has seen our Admin team send letters and create meeting times for families to attend and discuss their child/ren's absences. It is crucial that families respond to these letters and meeting times if they are received. 

Kindy Transition has finally come to a end, as well as all the kids getting to see their new classes for next year. We cant wait to see all the new kids and returning children come back next year ready to learn and have fun !

Canteen

Recess and Lunch orders can be ordered on the Compass app. Please see the steps below for ordering. If emergency meals need to be dropped to the school, please take note of the students break times and have meals at school on time. This will help your child have a smoother day and not miss crucial learning in the classroom. 

Primary Break Times - 

Recess: 11am - 11:30am

Lunch: 1pm - 1:30pm

Secondary Break Times - 

Recess: 11.10am - 11:40am

Lunch: 1:40pm - 2:10pm
