Principal's Report

As we reach the conclusion of Term 3, I would like to thank and acknowledge the outstanding efforts of our entire school community. Once again, our students have shown their commitment to our core values of Respect, Opportunity, and Resilience. These qualities continue to shine through in their learning, leadership, and the way they support one another. In doing so, they have lived out our school motto, Strive for the Highest, and strengthened the positive culture we are so proud of at Belmont High.
I want to especially recognise our Year 12 students, who are about to begin their final stage with us as they prepare for upcoming exams and end-of-year celebrations. They have contributed so much to our school over their time here, and we wish them every success as they step into their next chapter. For those not completing exams, this week marks the end of their journey at Belmont High. They leave behind a strong legacy, and they will always remain part of our school community.
Wishing all staff, students, and families a safe, restful, and well-deserved holiday break.

Uniform Update
I’m pleased to share that from the beginning of Term 4; students will now have the option to wear their full PE uniform on any day of the week if they choose. This change reflects the feedback and student voice collected over recent months and provides greater flexibility and comfort for our students while still maintaining a sense of pride in our school identity.
A detailed post outlining the full uniform guidelines and expectations will be shared shortly. I encourage all families to take the time to read through this information carefully to ensure clarity moving forward
Kind regards,
Joshua Baker
