Calvin and Max

Graduate from Project Employment

Year 10 students, Calvin and Max, have successfully completed a 7-week program with Edge Employment Services as part of Project Employment. This initiative is designed to equip students with essential skills for future employment.

 

Throughout the program, Calvin and Max engaged in a range of practical and empowering workshops, including:

  • Career exploration, planning, and goal setting

  • Recruitment skills such as resume writing and interview preparation

  • Budgeting and financial literacy

  • Effective workplace communication and understanding professional expectations

  • Teamwork, problem-solving, and creative thinking

  • Navigating public transport and participating in worksite visits

  • Stress management and strategies for maintaining work/life balance
