Billabongs Not Silos Exhibition

Billabongs Not Silos: Beyond Symbolism launches this month in Bendigo, bringing together Indigenous artworks and cultural objects from organisations across Victoria.

Led by La Trobe University in partnership with the City of Greater Bendigo, the exhibition explores how cultural objects are not just symbols of inclusion, but living holders of knowledge, responsibility and connection. It challenges institutions to move beyond symbolic gestures and consider how Indigenous knowledge, relationships and leadership are meaningfully embedded in their work.

We’re proud to be part of this important collaboration, which brings together health, education and community organisations to share stories of culture, healing, identity and connection.
