Senior School Parent Teacher Student Conferences

We warmly invite parents and carers of students in Years 10 to 12 to attend our upcoming Semester 2 Parent Teacher Student Conferences, to be held on Wednesday 24 June 2026 from 3.45pm to 6.45pm in the Oak Centre (Gym) at the Brigidine Campus.

These conferences are a valued opportunity to connect with your child's teachers and to talk together about academic progress, learning habits and personal development. We encourage students to attend alongside their parents and carers - when students take part in these conversations, they are better able to reflect on their achievements, recognise areas for growth and set meaningful goals for the rest of the year. Working in partnership in this way supports both your child's learning and their wellbeing.

Each conference runs for 7 minutes, with a short interval between appointments to allow families to move to their next teacher.

Booking your conferences

Bookings will be made through Compass and will open at the following times:

• Bookings open: Monday 15 June 2026

• Bookings close: 3pm, Tuesday 23 June 2026

   

We encourage you to book early to secure times that suit your family. To make a booking, log in to your Compass account, select the Conferences event and choose your preferred appointment times with each of your child's teachers. If you require any assistance with the booking process, please contact the College Office.
