Congratulations to Mr Satchet Singh for achieving Lead Teacher certification. 

Whilst having its challenging moments, the journey provided an important opportunity for Mr Singh to reflect on his teaching practice and the broader impact of his leadership. Through this process, Satchet recognised that effective leadership extends beyond individual classrooms and is grounded in collaboration, shared purpose and a commitment to empowering others.

The initiatives led by Satchet contributed to growing the College’s understanding of AI in education policy, redesigning the laptop license program, and strengthening professional learning practices that support colleagues’ growth. These experiences reinforced the understanding that meaningful change is not achieved individually. 

By working collaboratively, engaging students and empowering colleagues, Satchet creates opportunities for everyone to learn, innovate and thrive.
