District Basketball Gala Day

Congratulations to our Year 5 and 6 boys’ basketball team, who represented Camelot Rise Primary School at last Friday’s Gardiners District Basketball Gala Day.

As always, the boys demonstrated excellent behaviour, sportsmanship, enthusiasm and participation throughout the day.

It was fantastic to see our boys showcase their exceptional basketball skills against highly competitive teams from 8 other schools. The boys achieved an outstanding 3rd-place finish overall, which is a fantastic result!

Myuna Farm - Foundation Fun!

On Tuesday 8th September, our Foundation students had a wonderful day exploring Myuna Farm! The excitement began as students eagerly boarded the bus and headed off for a day of fun and learning. 

Our day started with an engaging farm show, where students learnt more about farm life and even had the opportunity to milk some goats. Students then enjoyed a range of experiences, including a train ride to see the bats, meeting the baby animals, feeding the animals in the paddocks and exploring the vegetable garden. 

To finish the day, each student was lucky enough to take home their very own pea seedling to care for and watch grow. It was a fantastic day of hands-on learning, exploration and fun!

Fathers Day 

Thank you to all the fathers, special friends and students who attended our Pizza/BINGO event last week. It was a great community event with lots of chatter, laughter and fun!
