Father's Day Event

Our Father’s Day celebration was a wonderful evening of connection and community. The children had a fantastic time enjoying our Meat Pie Night with their dads, sharing a delicious meal, spending quality time together and playing games

There was plenty of talking, chatting and laughter as families enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and made special memories together. It was lovely to see the children so excited to spend the evening with their dads and celebrate the important role they play in their lives.

A big thank you to all the dads and families who joined us and helped make the evening so special!

We continued to celebrate the following day on Friday morning with the Year 3/4 M with a whole-school prayer acknowledging the many father figures in our students' lives.

Some special thoughts from our prayer gathering from students about their dads:

Ava-Grace: My dad is special to me because he gives me great hugs and his cooking is the best, especially his pasta. 

Noah: My dad is special to me because he takes me for walks in my street. He makes me laugh by tickling me. He helps me feel more confident riding my dirt bike. And he makes me my favourite food when I want it 

Josh: My dad is special because he always drives me to footy training. He also tells jokes that makes me laugh.

Vinnie: My dad is special because he looks after me by working hard.
