Join us for a powerful and uplifting community event that raises awareness and funds for mental health. Whether you run, jog, or walk, your steps will help lift the lid on mental health and break the stigma.

 

Choose your challenge:

- 10km Run/Walk 10km (standard $50 – early bird 4 months out $40) 

Entry includes a medal

- 5km Run/Walk 5km (standard $40 – early bird 4 months out $30)

Entry includes a medal

- 2.5km Kids Dash - this event is not being timed  (Kids dash entry is $10 including a medal or $5 without a medal + Children under 12 must be supervised by adult)

This event is for everyone who has been impacted by or cares about mental health, friends, families, neighbours, and supporters of all ages.

All participants of the 5km and 10km events will receive a medal at the finish line

The 5km & 10km events will be professionally timed using electronic chip timing.

Major network and timetable changes start from this Sunday, 1 February. Here’s what you need to know.  

  • All Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sunbury services will run through the Metro Tunnel. Over 1,000 extra trains will make it possible for passengers to turn-up-and-go. There are new ways to connect to the City Loop and MCG/Olympic Park precincts 
  • Frankston Line services will move into the City Loop.  
  • Werribee and Williamstown lines will start and end at Flinders Street 
  • Most other train lines (including V/Line trains and coaches) will have new timetables 
  • Many bus services will also have updated timetables to better align with new train timetables 

Check the changes before you travel.  Plan your journey on the PTV app or Transport Victoria website.
