School Fees & Finance

FEES - Nearing the end of 2023

Thank you to so many of our families for their fee contribution. Your commitment is greatly appreciated.

We are now approaching the end of  the school year and 2024 fees will be set and shared with families for future planning in early December. We ask that families please ensure 2023 fees are settled in readiness.

Leaving families may receive reminders in the early part of term 4 to ensure fees are settled prior to leaving St Mary’s.

St Mary’s values all of the families who have committed to the expected payment of direct debit for your child(rens) school fees. Families who have committed to this and who will still have children attending St Mary’s in 2024 will continue to be debited from your allocated bank account. Any family wanting this direct debit to be temporarily paused over the Christmas period please complete this link

If families are needing to discuss fee support and payment arrangements, please make a time to see the Principal, Jasmine Ryan.

St Mary’s Fee Policy & Procedure…

It is an expectation and commitment as signed on enrolment that families that can afford to pay school fees in full need to meet their financial obligation to the School. Low-income families who are experiencing financial hardship are able to apply for fee concessions and pay what they can actually afford after formalising arrangements with the School. Therefore it is an expectation that all families will contribute towards school fees.

If at any time St Mary’s families are experiencing financial hardships that challenge your ability to pay school fees, please make an appointment to discuss your needs with the Principal.
