CAMPS, SPORTS AND EXCURSIONS FUND

 (CSEF) 2026

Are you eligible for $400 from the Government?

Do you have a valid: 

• means tested Centrelink Concession Card or

• Foster Parents – Permanent Care Order or

• Veterans Affairs Gold Card or

• Youth Allowance Card?

You may be eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF).

The Centrelink Card must be valid on Tuesday 27th January 2026 or Monday 20th April 2026.

Eligible applicants will have the funds paid directly into their family account at Ballarat High School.  These funds can be allocated to school charges, according to the Policy and parent preferences. 

The secondary per student amount is $400 in 2026.

Please complete and submit the BHS CSEF Application Form, with a copy of your card, via email to Ballarat.hs@education.vic.gov.au or hard copy to our General Office.

Applications close on Friday 19th June 2026.
