We were excited to celebrate Father's Day at PMPS and take the time to recognise the wonderful men and special people in our children’s lives.
I’d like to thank the PFA along with some wonderful volunteers who helped at the Father’s Day breakfast. It was a delicious spread of yummy baked goods that I hope the dads enjoyed before checking out their child's classroom during the open morning.
I also hope the dads felt the love from the gifts the children picked at the Father’s Day/ Special Persons Stall. Once again Katya sourced all of the items herself, while also designing some Port Dad merchandise, thank you for putting your hand up again for this event. With the help of Natalie and an amazing group of volunteers, they set up a wonderful selection of items for the children to choose from. Thank you Katya, Natalie and the fabulous volunteers.
Port Dad caps and stubby holders
We still have the Port Dad caps and stubby holders available, so if you’re interested in purchasing one, please head to the office: $15 Cap, $6 stubby holder.
If you haven’t yet please buy your tickets to join us for our Family Movie Night under the stars! We will be screening Despicable Me 4 on a gigantic screen on the school oval.
Gates open from 6pm via Poolman Street, movie commences at 6.30pm and finishes approx. 8pm.
The event is a really fun night for the kids.
Buy tickets on the Parent Hub. $15 per PMPS student, younger siblings and parents go for free.
I’d like to thank Mia and Hayley in advance for all their organising of this wonderful night. They sourced all of the food & drinks as well as the movie rights and the gigantic screen. They always put their hand up and help wherever they are needed. The PFA and the school community are lucky to have these two!!
Our 2025 School Fete is fast approaching! Those new to the school, this is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we need all hands on deck to make it the most amazing day in the school calendar!!!
A volunteer sheet will be sent around where year levels are responsible for certain stalls. We will also be requesting equipment and donations. Please keep your eyes out for these requests.
We'd love for you to join the PFA or sign up to help in anyway – register your interest here.
