Pathways report for our Class of 2024

Our Class of 2024 graduates have now received their December, January and first round of February tertiary offers, following a year of excellent VCE results.  The students received a range of exciting offers across a diverse range of university and vocational education (TAFE) courses.  The offer process will conclude soon.

204 students received one or more tertiary offers via VTAC.  154 students have received an offer for their first, second or third course preferences.  Many students received more than one offer.

The breadth of the courses being undertaken by our students is impressive and ranges from Biomedicine to Communication Design, Architectural Design, Commerce, Criminology, Exercise & Sport Science, Engineering, Health Science, Journalism, Law, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Nutrition Science, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Paramedicine, the Arts, Education, Project Management, Science, Psychology, Fashion Styling, Screen & Media, Wildlife and Conservation Biology and many more.

Our students will be embarking on their tertiary journeys across a range of different universities, including the University of Melbourne, Monash University, Deakin University, Swinburne University, ACU, Victoria University, La Trobe University, RMIT and Federation University.  We also have many VCE VM students commencing vocational education courses at TAFE colleges across Victoria, including at Chisholm, RMIT, William Angliss Institute and Swinburne University.

We would like to congratulate our Class of 2024 on their outstanding accomplishments, and we have no doubt that they will make great contributions in their chosen fields.

NATIONALLY CONSISTENT COLLECTION DATA (NCCD)

REMINDERS | No student pick-up or drop-off is permitted in the on-campus car parks. Please make arrangements with your child to organise a pick-up/drop-off location off-campus. Parking is available in the streets surrounding each campus.

CROSSING THE ROAD | REMINDER TO BUS TRAVELLERS

All students who travel to and from school via the public buses are reminded to only use the black and white ‘zebra crossings’ on Towerhill Road and Foot Street to get to and from bus stops, before and after school.

Traffic is extremely congested on the streets before and after school.  It is not safe for students to cross the roads anywhere but the zebra crossings at any time, but especially before and after school.  Parents/carers are asked to discuss with their children, the importance of this matter.

It is advisable for students to arrive at school after supervision begins unless they have:

  • scheduled class time
  • a planned activity (eg semper squad)

Please note that some buses leave after the conclusion of yard duty.  Students are expected to behave in a responsible manner when in school uniform, before and after school.
