From the Principal

Dear Endeavour College Families,
This week we celebrated our Year 12 Class of 2025 as they concluded their final week of lessons. As these students now begin preparations for their upcoming exams and the official conclusion of their schooling journey, we extend our warmest wishes to each and every one of them. We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved and look forward to seeing the many and varied paths they will take beyond Endeavour College.
On Wednesday, we had the privilege of hearing from a panel of current Year 12 students, led by our Youth Chaplain, Andrea Campbell.
They spoke thoughtfully about their experiences at Endeavour, reflections on their final year, and offered valuable advice to the upcoming Year 12 cohort. Their honesty, humility, and encouragement were truly inspiring and a reminder of the strong sense of community and inclusion that defines our College.
During Wednesday’s Chapel, we also had the honour of announcing our 2026 College Captains, Student Action Team, and Village Captains. I am proud to share that the following students will lead our College in the coming year.
College Captains:
Koen Greenham and Jemma Gillard
Student Executive:
Student Action Team Captain: Spiritual and Community Building - Olivia Vasilev
Student Action Team Captain: Charity and Service Enrichment - Alex Fechner
Student Action Team Captain: Media, Communication and Event Promotion - Gabriella Perez

On behalf of the faculty and staff, we congratulate them on their appointments and look forward to witnessing the wonderful contributions they will make as leaders of our community.
As we celebrate both the achievements of our graduating class and the leadership promise of our future student leaders, we are reminded of the continuous journey of growth, learning, and faith that unites our College community.
As always, I am grateful to be leading this wonderful community and thank you for your support.
Furthermore, after nearly 17 years of dedicated service to the College, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Daniel Wooldridge on his appointment as Deputy Head of Senior School at Tyndale Christian School.
Over the past four years, Daniel has been an integral member of our College Leadership Team, taking on a number of significant acting roles including Deputy Principal, Head of Senior School, Director of Learning, and Head of Middle School. Prior to this, he served nine years as the Year 12 Year Level Leader and contributed his expertise across the Mathematics and Food Technology departments. However, it has been within the Music department that Daniel’s true passion has shone most brightly.
Starting at Endeavour as a graduate teacher, Daniel has steadily built the skills, insight, and leadership capacity to inspire others, qualities that will no doubt enable him to make an enormous impact on student learning and faith in his new role.
On behalf of all Principals before me, it is with deep gratitude and pride that we farewell Daniel. We thank him for his outstanding contribution to the life of the College and wish him every success in this new venture.
Daniel will continue with us until the end of Term 4.
Mr Richard Baird
Principal
