ASTHMA 

 

As the seasons and air begin to get cooler you may find that your child requires asthma  medication at school.  This is the time to make an appointment with your child's physician to have their asthma needs reviewed, an Asthma Plan written up and the school Medication Authority Form signed and completed by the doctor.  Please bring the completed forms, together with the prescribed medication, to the schools office to be stored safely.

 

All asthma medication should include a spacer, this allows for more effective administration of the asthma reliever.

All student medication is to be stored in the schools main office and travels with the child when there is an out of school activity.
