Social Committee – 2026 Events

The social committee recently met and we have an exciting year of events planned for 2026. Our events aim to build on our wonderful community and fundraise for the school.

Year Level Parents Social Nights

This year we are trialling combined year level parents nights. 

This gives the opportunity to meet parents across different year levels, broadening everyone's FPS community. 

The social nights will be at the Grandview Hotel across the year:

• Year 1 & 2: Term 1 – Friday 20 March, from 7pm
• Year 3 & 4: Term 2 – Friday 15 May
• Year 5 & 6: Term 3 – Friday 7 August

Trivia Night – Saturday 13th June

This year will be our biggest Trivia Night to date. 

A bigger venue, bigger fundraising and the biggest theme of all – animated movies by Disney and Pixar – see attached flyer!

Tickets will be sold in stages; first to FPS parents, then if any tickets are remaining, to the broader FPS community (past and prospective parents, relatives and friends). Remember to spread the word about saving the date!

ART FOR ALL: Friday 28th – Sunday 30th August

Our annual celebration of art, food and family fair fun. In 2026 we celebrate 29 years of ART FOR ALL. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, so we hope the whole school will be able to get involved. 

We also have a few other events in the planning stages to make this year a big fundraising year – watch this space. 😊
