School End of Day

Gates

Our school gates open at 3.20pm allowing parents, caregivers and older siblings onsite to collect students.

Gates on Greenlands Ave and Bailey Pde will close between 3.30pm - 3.40pm. Bonds Rd gate closes at 3.40pm and can only be opened manually by administration staff. The office closes at 3.45pm with no staff available to open the gate manually.

Bailey Pde gate behind the hall is open for After School Care, Community Language School and Code Camp exit. This closes in the evening when After School Care locks up.

Buildings

Parents, caregivers and older siblings are asked to wait outside the buildings unless they require assistance from the office.

K-2 & Inclusive Education Classes

Students in Kindergarten and Stage 1 require a known adult or older sibling to collect them from school. All classes are escorted outside by their class teacher to assist with the dismissal. Please inform the class teacher the arrangements of collection for your child.

High School Students

High School students collecting a sibling are welcome onsite. They are asked to depart the school grounds once they have met their sibling.

High School students are discouraged from using our school grounds as a place to meet and 'hang out' with friends and will be asked to move on.

Running Late

We understand when parents and caregivers are held up unexpectedly. We ask that a phone call is made to the office to inform the estimated arrival time, as a teacher will be required to remain with your child until you arrive.

Staff Meetings

Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons are designated for staff meetings. These afternoons will be difficult to meet with a teacher as they are required to attend from 3.40pm.

Tuesday mornings are held for executive meetings.
