3-4 Class

The Grade 3/4 students have shown wonderful enthusiasm for learning this term! In Earth Science, they have been exploring rocks and soils, investigating their properties and discovering how they are used in everyday life.
In English, we have continued reading Matilda by Roald Dahl, with students engaging in thoughtful discussions and deepening their comprehension skills.
In Mathematics, students are developing a range of strategies to confidently add and subtract numbers up to six digits.
Through our Social and Emotional Learning program, we are focusing on regulation strategies to help manage big emotions and build resilience.
The class is also thoroughly enjoying developing their keyboard skills through TypingClub, building accuracy and confidence along the way.

20/2/26 - Phoebe, for showing Grit in her learning when things get hard and she still continues to try again. Also, showing Respect in her presentation of ALL her work.
