Career Expo 

Connecting Our Students with Their Futures

Friday 11 September saw Steel Stadium come alive with the buzz of career conversations as we hosted our very successful Career Expo.

We were thrilled to welcome 34 businesses, institutions and community services, along with students and staff from our neighbouring schools – Pyramid Hill College, Charlton College and St Arnaud Secondary College. It was fantastic to see our local education community come together to explore the many possibilities available beyond school.

Our students made the most of the opportunity, engaging with exhibitors, asking questions, discovering new possibilities and gathering information to help them begin or continue planning their future pathways. Whether they were interested in further study, apprenticeships, employment, community services or other career opportunities, there was something for everyone.

Events such as this provide a valuable opportunity for our students to connect directly with the people and organisations that can help shape their futures. Just as importantly, we were proud to bring such a diverse range of opportunities to our local community, making career and pathway information accessible to our students and neighbouring schools.

A huge thank you to North Central LLEN and Loddon Shire for their support in helping make the Career Expo such a success. We also extend our sincere thanks to all of the exhibitors, schools, staff and students who contributed to such a positive and productive day.

It was wonderful to see our students curious, engaged and thinking about what comes next. With pathways taking many different directions, the Career Expo was a great reminder that there are plenty of possibilities waiting to be explored!
