To order items from the second-hand uniform pool, requests need to be made via email to stmmuniform@outlook.com.au
Please remember to include the following details in your request:
Child's Name
Child's Year Level
Item Type
Item Size
Quantity
Orders will be fulfilled each Thursday morning and if the items are available they will be sent home with your child or may be collected from the office the following Friday.
Any items that are the wrong size or otherwise not suitable can be returned to the office and replacement items will be arranged if they are available. Please ensure any unwanted items are returned prior to making payment.
Payment can be made using a credit card by contacting or dropping into the office, or you can email the office to request the amount be added to your account.
Please note that our Uniform Pool is run by a parent who volunteers her time to provide this service and that items provided will always be the best available.

Medical Information / Plans 2026
If your child requires a medical plan including Asthma plans, Anaphylaxis or has any other medical conditions that the school should be aware of, including allergy to nuts, bee stings etc. Please can you ensure to submit an updated plan or relevant information for 2026 as soon as possible to the office, before Wednesday 11 February.
Absences
It is a requirement of the Department of Education that accurate records of students' absences are kept by the school. We appreciate parent support in notifying the school of their child's absence.
Contacting the school to report a student's absence.
Parents and carers will have up to 7 days following an absence to provide an explanation. After this period, any unexplained absence will automatically be recorded as such.
Parents/guardians enter the absence via our Parent Portal - Compass (this can be done via the phone App or login via compass website) or are asked to ring the school office prior to 8.30am.
Extended Leave
Absence due to travel or other leave for 5 days or greater requires an application to be completed, subject to the Principal's approval. The school office must be notified at least 3 weeks prior to the leave. Click here or contact the office for an Application for Extended Leave form for 5 days or greater, including travel. The form needs to be completed in full and with the attached supporting itinerary to be processed. Please note that School Fees must be up to date prior to applying for any extended leave.
Authority to Administer Medication
If your child needs to take medication during school hours (for example, antibiotics), please complete the Authority to Administer Medication Form and return to the front office. This can be obtained from the office or via this l Authority to Administer Medication
